SatisFacts

In 2015, The Apartment House was named the Best Small Landlord in America! The Apartment House has received a Satisfacts Exceptional Company Score (over 4.5 out of 5) for the last 3 years. SatisFacts™ (www.satisfacts.com) works with hundreds of management companies and more than a million apartment units nationally. Their Exceptional Company Score is solely determined by resident feedback. In other words, this award confirms that our residents are very happy to live at our two apartments!

Apartment Ratings

Both Montgomery Gardens and Suburban Hill have received Top Rated awards every year since 2012. The Apartment Ratings annual awards recognize properties with outstanding resident satisfaction ratings. Only about 6% of the properties listed on ApartmentRatings.com qualify for award consideration.
